The Trail of Lights at Shepherd of the Hills

The Trail of Lights at Shepherd of the Hills is an Ozark Mountain Christmas tradition that many Branson visitors have looked forward to visiting year after year since it began in the 1990s. The two and a half mile long Trail of Lights winds through the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead, and generally takes around 45 minutes to drive through. Your Trail of Lights tickets also include a ride up 230 feet to the top of Inspiration Tower for a bird’s eye view of all of the glittering lights below. We have a great discount on Trail of Lights admission, so you can enjoy all of the unique displays at a bargain price!

The Trail of Lights Christmas Driving Tour

The Trail of Lights is different from the average Christmas lights driving tour because in addition to its stunning light displays, it features animated scenes featuring favorite Christmas characters and stories. The animated character displays cover a wide range of creative themes, from Santa and his elves to the Nativity to patriotic scenes to a few out of this world surprises! Each scene along the Trail of Lights even has its own music playing, so you’re welcome to sing along!
