‘Jen’ began her “tourism” career in Branson as a young teen. She has worked as a maid, a front desk clerk and as an usher in a few different theaters. In 1994, she began working at BT&T as a runner, picking up tickets and helping out with all office duties.  Progressively, she worked her way up, becoming a reservationist and continuing to help out in our group sales department.  Today, she is a full time part of our business, managing our Individual Travel Department and doing all the bookkeeping. Some of her very best clients are other travel agents, who trust her to give their clients top notch service and vacations to remember!   Jen truly learned this business by being in the business. She sees and hears, first hand, what our visitors want and need.  Her focus is to strive to be the professional go-to person for all of our clients; someone they are not afraid to recommend to their friends.

Overall, Jen has worked in the industry for 34 years with the majority of those years spent right here at BT&T. She and her husband have raised their four children here and enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, visiting area flea-markets and taking care of their micro-farm!
