  • Ropes Course
  • Horseback Trail Rides

All New Adventure Awaits

The Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park has something thrilling in store with their brand new activities. You can tear up the trails in their new Offroad ATV Adventure. This activity gives the younger generation a new way to experience the history and beauty of the land. For gentle explorers, the Horseback Trail Rides are the perfect way to take it all in. The Vigilante Ziprider is still there but they’ve added a Zipline Canopy Tour. Be sure and ask us about our Family Pass for the Zipline Tour! If you have any adrenaline left, the Ropes Course is waiting. Another new activity, the Ropes Course takes your daring adventure to new heights.

The Historic Homestead

Shepherd of the Hills may be acquiring some new energy but its oldest adventure took place in the early 1900’s when Harold Bell Wright published his famous book, “Shepherd of the Hills“. The author based his best selling novel on the land he grew to love. The Shepherd of the Outdoor Drama is based on this novel. The story tells of desperate pioneers, a group of vigilantes and a mysterious stranger that spreads a message of hope and forgiveness. The Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Drama takes place Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays at 8:30 pm during the Summer and 7:30 pm during the Fall and Winter.
